Every Teacher Matters Project: Principal Partner of the Teach Well Alliance
Suneta Bagri, founder and CEO of the Every Teacher Matters Project, is a former headteacher, with a career spanning over 20 years in Primary schools, as a teacher, SENDCo and senior leader. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered College. Suneta is an accredited (and award winning ) coach.
She supports the wellbeing and mental health of teachers and school leaders, both individually and within the school context. Suneta has bereavement counselling qualifications and is a First Aid for Mental Health Instructor, accredited by NUCO through the Awarding Body First Aid Awards (FAA). She is director of Cultivate Coaching & Consultancy and founder of the Every Teacher Matters Project.

The School Mental Health Group's (SMHG) mission is to effectively support UK schools and colleges in their commitment to look after the
mental health and wellbeing of both children and staff.
SMHG achieves this by providing cost-effective training and resources developed by experienced, industry-leading experts.
SMHG has proudly provided training to 500+ schools and colleges, who have taken the proactive first steps in nurturing and implementing a culture of mental health and wellbeing.
SMHG strives to remain innovative and will continue to lead the way in developing new ways to support our schools.
