'I don't know where I'm going but, with your help, I'll know when we get there!'
Incidents of bullying of teachers by leaders are increasing.
Some headteachers are the bullies; other headteachers are being bullied by CEOs, Governors/Trusts.
Some bullies hide behind the autonomy of the Academy system.
This inexcusable and illegal behaviour is an appalling mis-use and abuse of leadership power.
Teachers' mental health, their lives, their professional careers and their schools are being destroyed.
We have to stop it. Now.
How does the anonymous TABS webinar work?
* Sign the joining form to receive a link to the Zoom webinar.
* You can use your real first name or a pseudonym to log in.
* Video will be disabled. You can contribute by audio or through chat.
The purpose of the webinar is to:
* Share ideas of how TABS might act as a pressure group via the Action Network Group to stop the bullying of staff in schools.
* Seek volunteers who would be prepared to help run the group.
The Teach Well Alliance will provide the infrastructure.
Members will help to run the group.
