Bullying and Harassment
Incidents of bullying of teachers are increasing.
Some headteachers/senior leaders are the bullies
Other headteachers/senior leaders are being bullied by CEOs, Governors/Trusts
Some bullies hide behind the autonomy of the Academy system
This inexcusable and illegal behaviour is an appalling
mis-use and abuse of leadership power
Teachers' mental health, their lives, their professional careers
and their schools are being destroyed
We have to stop it. Now.
